Privacy

Keep the research public. Keep personal data limited.

Eosmere is designed around public filings and a small amount of information needed to operate a reliable service.

Information used to provide the service

Published research is built from public-company filings and other public sources. Reading the public library does not require an account. Our hosting and security providers may process standard request data, such as an IP address, browser details, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.

If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to include in that message so we can respond. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or private filing materials by email.

How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and secure the website and research library.
  • To investigate errors, abuse, or source-integrity concerns.
  • To reply to a question or correction you send us.
  • To improve the clarity and reliability of the product.

Your choices

You can read published research without creating an account. You can also ask what information we hold about a message or account, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that is not needed for a legal or security purpose.

For a privacy question, use the contact page. This overview will be replaced or expanded with a counsel-reviewed privacy notice before account and paid features launch.
